Privacy Notice

TrustGate by Exonara Technologies · Last updated: February 2026

This Privacy Notice describes how TrustGate (“we”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our decision-readiness and governance service. It applies to the TrustGate application and related services provided by Exonara Technologies.

1. Who we are

TrustGate is operated by Exonara Technologies. For privacy or data protection questions, contact us at preciousoladapo@exonara.net.

2. Assessment data (your datasets)

When you upload a dataset (e.g. CSV) for assessment:

  • We do not store your dataset. File contents are read into server memory, processed for privacy, quality, and bias assessment, and then discarded. No copy of your uploaded file or raw rows is written to disk or stored in a database.
  • Processing is in-memory. Data exists only in RAM during the assessment run and is not retained after the request completes.
  • We do not use your data to train models or improve our algorithms. We may use anonymized, aggregate metrics (e.g. verdict distribution) where permitted by your plan and this notice.
Summary. Your dataset is processed in memory and not stored. We do not keep your data after the assessment.

3. What we do store

We may retain the following, as needed to provide the service and your plan:

  • Account and identity: If you sign up or log in, we store account information (e.g. email, plan) as needed to operate the service.
  • Assessment history (Pro/Enterprise): For users on plans that include audit trail, we store a record of assessments (e.g. assessment ID, timestamp, verdict, score, filename). This does not include the contents of your dataset—only metadata about the run.
  • Evidence Packs and proof links: When you generate an Evidence Pack or proof-of-assessment link, we may store the data required to serve that link (verdict, score, date, Evidence Pack ID). Proof pages do not display your dataset or PII.
  • Feedback and support: If you send feedback or support messages, we keep that correspondence as needed to respond and improve the service.

4. How we use information

We use the information above to: provide and operate TrustGate; generate verdicts and Evidence Packs; maintain assessment history and proof links where your plan includes them; respond to your requests; improve the product (using only anonymized/aggregate data where applicable); and comply with law.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies or similar technologies for session management, security, and preferences. We do not use them for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your data. We may share information only: (a) with your consent; (b) with service providers who assist us under strict confidentiality; (c) to comply with law or protect rights and safety; or (d) in connection with a merger or sale of assets, with notice where required.

7. Security

We use HTTPS (TLS) for all traffic. Assessment data is processed in memory and not persisted. For more detail on data handling and security, see our Security & Trust page.

8. Retention

Assessment history and proof-link data are retained according to your plan and our operational needs. You can request deletion of your account or data by contacting us. We will not retain your dataset because we do not store it.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at preciousoladapo@exonara.net. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of TrustGate after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated notice where permitted by law.
