Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TrustGate and related services (“Service”) provided by Exonara Technologies. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use TrustGate to assess datasets for decision-readiness (privacy, quality, bias) and to obtain verdicts and Evidence Packs for your own internal compliance, audit, and decision-making purposes.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to build, train, or operate a competing product or service that replicates or substitutes TrustGate (including any product that offers decision-readiness assessment, verdicts, or attestation reports).
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the methodology, thresholds, weights, verdict logic, or fix algorithms from the Service or its behaviour for any purpose other than your own permitted use.
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data, verdicts, methodology descriptions, or outputs from the Service (except as permitted by your plan for your own assessments).
Use outputs of the Service (including Evidence Packs, verdicts, or reports) to train machine-learning models or to develop, market, or provide a competing offering.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs except as necessary for your own audit and compliance (e.g. sharing an Evidence Pack with your auditor).

      Restriction. The Service, the TrustGate Decision Methodology, and the structure of verdicts and Evidence Packs are proprietary. Use of the Service to create or support a substitute or competing product is prohibited.
    

3. Intellectual Property

Exonara Technologies owns all rights in TrustGate, the TrustGate Decision Methodology, the Evidence Pack format, and related branding. You do not acquire any right to use our methodology, branding, or outputs except as set out in these Terms and your plan.

4. Data and Privacy

Assessment data is processed in-memory as described in our Privacy Notice. By using the Service you agree to our data handling practices. Do not upload data you are not permitted to process.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that any verdict or Evidence Pack will satisfy a particular regulator or auditor. You remain responsible for your compliance and decisions.
